BayLeaf Tea started with a group of friend, who all share for the love of boba milk tea. Started with a humble beginnings in Milpitas, California, in 2022, BayLeaf Tea has finally opened in the Bay Area. We aim to focus on more specialty beverages with our monthly rotating menu. Meet Chef Jerrick Figueroa Owner/ co founder of BayLeaf Tea. After graduating with a Culinary Degree, he has worked professionally in the industry for over a decade, from hole in the walls, mom and pops shops, fine dining, Michelin starred, and corporate restaurants. With Chef Jerrick in the team, this is one of the key components that differentiates BayLeaf Tea from other boba shops. He is able to handcraft and develop his own bubble milk tea drinks that are infused with years of experience and cooking knowledge.
